Ultimately, the NAMIC Board of Directors sets all policy for the association. But, as a part of belonging to a truly member-driven organization, all NAMIC members have an opportunity to provide critical input as the policy is being formed and recommended. In addition to providing a forum for member companies to share their experience and expertise, participation in a policy group provides a deeper knowledge and understanding of the issues and the opportunity to stay abreast of recent developments. Membership on a policy development group is also a key way that NAMIC demonstrates value and fosters overall participation of member companies in the association’s activities.
