THE 2024 SUBMISSION WINDOW IS NOW CLOSED

Before working on your application, please view the Criteria & Eligibility page to confirm your organization’s eligibility. The submission fee is $249 and can be paid by credit card/invoice or check at the completion of the submission form.

There is no limit to the number of submissions accepted each year. Organizations may submit multiple ideas for consideration however the application fee applies for each submission.

APPLICATION QUESTIONS

• Short Narrative About Project (Scope, Goals, Problems to be Addressed, etc.)

• Description of Staff Involvement

• Impact of Project (Qualitative and Quantitative)

Note: supporting photos and videos are welcomed and encouraged.

WHEN TO EXPECT RESULTS

The winning submission(s) will be selected and all who submit will be alerted about the status of their submission by May 10, 2024. An overall winner will be selected as well as any Best in Class winners who receive the highest score in a specific category. The winners will be announced publicly as part of an award ceremony at NAMIC's Management Conference.
